I have no idea what causes this issue, but the cure seems to be to set<br>
the buffer option for the WMS layers to a value other than 2. I<br>
suspect this is an OpenLayers issue, maybe with tile bounds rounding<br>
which was introduced after 2.7. But to make sure we would need an<br>
OpenLayers example that reproduces the issue.<br>

Anyway, I was able to fix your application by setting buffer to either<br>
0, 1 or 3 for your WMS layers.<br>
