
<html><head><style type="text/css"><!-- DIV {margin:0px;} --></style></head><body><div style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:8pt">Hi,<br><br>I need to build a search form into a webap. My data is in Postgis and the form should be able to offer the following... 1. combobox listing firstly the layers in the map ( this would be search stpe 1), then 2. offer the columns from the the selected layer in step one, and then, 3. list the entries in the column selected in step 2.<br><br>I don´t want to offer an empty textbox for a search as there are many layers and many users won´t know exactly what they are looking for before the search begins. I find if one has the opportunity to narrow from step one the search becomes much more logical.<br><br><br>Has anyone seen such a thing? <br><br>Thanks for any help,<br><br>Robert Buckley<br><div><br></div>
