Hi,<div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: collapse; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; "><div>I am using google layers as the base layer. When i use the restrictedExtent: new OpenLayers(bounds); property,  the pan tool pans only laterally and does not pan vertically. </div>
