[Psc] meeting

An unexpected meeting has come up for me this afternoon which won't allow
me to attend the PSC meeting. Sorry for the late notice, but I just heard
about it this morning.

I can make it any other day of this week, but you can also continue this
meeting without me of that makes more sense (if you need any input from me
just drop me an e-mail before noon CET).
