[Psc] Last PSC meeting

Hi,

first of all sorry that I missed the meeting. Can you please announce 
the next meeting on the PSC list? I am on vacation this week and was not 
on IRC and not reading all my company emails, so I did not even know 
that there was a meeting.

Also, can someone please explain to me why it is important to have our 
Ext.ux contributions in the GeoExt namespace? A color picker does not 
seem geo-related to me, and could also be useful to other non-geo Ext 
users. So as already stated on the dev list, I'd rather see our ux 
components in the Ext.ux namespace, and have them in our svn. So for now 
I would just like to know why it was decided to have them in the GeoExt 
namespace.

Apart from that, I agree with what has been decided in the meeting. I 
created one more ticket (#43) for 0.1.
