[Psc] license faq

Tim,

In the "open option" section, the sentence "this allows you to license
the rest of your application under a different open source license
than the GPLv3" is unclear to me. What does the "rest of the
application" mean? Does it mean "all the application but Ext"? If
that's what it means then I think the sentence doesn't reflect what's
in the FLOSS exception. To me the exception says that any portion of
the app code using Ext must be GPLv3, the exception just gives you
permission to use librairies licensed under the non GPLv3 compatible
licenses listed in the exception.

Also, I think that at some point we need something in the FAQ about
apps combining Ext and gmap. To me, since the gmap license isn't part
of the licenses listed in the FLOSS exception people violate the Ext
license if they combine Ext and gmap in their apps.
