[Psc] mailing lists

Hello

People registered to the current mailing list are now also registered
to the users at geoext.org. I didn't make mailman send them a welcome
message.

As you've noticed, I also added you guys to the psc at opengeo.org mailing list.

Here are the mailing lists we have: psc, users, dev, commits and trac.

There's still an issue with the trac mailing list, once this resolved
I think we can announce them to the current mailing list and tell
people to start using the new mailing lists, giving them a date at
which the current mailing will be shut down.
