[Psc] GeoExt copyright

Hey Tyler-

I'm writing directly in case the messages on various lists haven't made 
it to you.  Following discussion on the Incubator list about copyright 
assignment for a Labs project, the GeoExt project has been collecting 
contributor agreements assigning copyright to OSGeo.

We have been maintaining digital copies of those agreements.  The text 
of the agreements specifies that signers send a physical copy to a 
Beaverton, OR address (per the recommended GeoTools template).

Based on my read of the on-list discussion, it wasn't resolved how OSGeo 
should maintain copies of these agreements.  Please let us know your 
preference.  I can mail physical copies, change the instructions on the 
agreement, or anything else.
