[Psc] GeoExt at Foss4G 2009

Hi PSC members,
I would propose that the GeoExt PSC submits a presentation for Foss4G 2009.

Here is a first draft of the proposal:

Title:

GeoExt, the advanced Javascript library for building web mapping
applications

Abstract:

GeoExt (www.geoext.org) brings together the geospatial know how of
OpenLayers with the user interface savvy of Ext JS to help you build
powerful desktop style GIS apps on the web with JavaScript.

GeoExt provides a suite of customizable widgets and data handling support
that makes it easy to build applications for viewing, editing, and styling
geospatial data.

This presentation will introduce the widgets provided by GeoExt, presents
the roadmap and demonstrates several applications developed with GeoExt.
