[Psc] contributor agreement

Hey-
Actually, after another read of the contributor agreement, I'll retract
what I said below.
Individuals do not need to be listed on the form signed by a
representative of an organization (or any entity).
So, I think we're better off just having an agreement from Camptocamp
that doesn't list individuals (implying the list should be limited).
As others make contributions under the same agreement, we can keep track
of their affiliation on our contributor page:
http://www.geoext.org/trac/geoext/wiki/ContributorAgreement
Does that sound reasonable to others?
If so, and if it is not too much trouble, could I get a copy that does
not have the list of individuals from you Cédric?
Thanks,
Tim
