[Psc] GeoExt Mobile ?

Hi PSC Members,
Due to the excellent results of the code sprint, it's now possible to
build nice applications for mobile devices
(http://projects.bryanmcbride.com/nysoom/#mappage or
http://m.geoportail.lu/). Regarding UI libraries, Sencha Touch and
JQuery Mobile have been tested.
I think that the big question is to know which UI library should be
used ? And the complementary question is to decide if a "GeoExt
Mobile" or "GeoJQuery Mobile" library is necessary.
