[Psc] GXM sandbox

All the previous answers are in line with my thinking.

1) We should have explicit permission to host Sencha Touch.
2) We should work toward components that could be used with either
Sencha Touch or Ext JS 4.
3) As with GeoExt development, the best designed components are used in
several (or many) different applications before they can really be
brought into the core.

I look forward to seeing this progress - and being involved where possible.
