[Psc] Motion to add Christian Mayer to PSC [was: Auto-discard notification]

Hey everybody,

since no one objected, I consider the motion passed.

A warm welcome to Chris Mayer and congratulations to the newest PSC member.

I will add him to the owners group of GeoExt. If there is anything 
missing, what he needs, just keep me posted.
