[Psc] New workshop repo in the geoext-github organisation

Hi everybody,

I have just created a new repository which will eventually hold a 
GeoExt3 workshop as a gitbook: https://github.com/geoext/geoext3-ws

I assume you don't have any objections against the new repo under the 
geoext organisation. Furthermore I would like to fill this repo with 
meaningful content in the upcoming days as I have a GeoExt3 workshop to 
give. For the first substantial commits I would like to either directly 
commit to the repo or create PRs which I want to merge without formal 
review.

Are you OK with all the above?
