[Psc] OSGeoLive GeoExt QuickStart and Overview

Hi all,

I've opened up a pull request at https://github.com/OSGeo/OSGeoLive-doc/pull/446 to add in the GeoExt project to OSGeoLive. 
There is an overview page, and a quickstart walkthrough which goes through setting up a GeoExt application with the MapServer demo project on OSGeoLive. 

Thoughts/comments/corrections on the draft docs are very welcome:
