[Users] I wonder Geoext license

Thnak you for your reply.
In brief, If I use Geoext, I have to use Ext JS and OpenLayers.
so when I use Ext JS, I have to follow GPLv3 even though Geoext is BSD.
Thus, If I don't want to follow GPLv3 when I develop my application using
Geoext and Ext JS,
I must buy Commercial Licenses of Ext JS.
This is the way not to violate ExtJS licensing rules.
is it right?
