Great !

Here's how I envision things ...
(the attached screenshot may help)

If the allowSpatial option is set to true on the FilterBuilder, a top
toolbar is added.
This toolbar has 3 GeoExt.Action, configured with drawFeature controls
(toggle buttons).

Each time a feature is added, a SpatialFilterPanel is added as a child
to the FilterBuilder (same behavior as currently with FilterPanels).

A SpatialFilterPanel has a reference to the drawn feature, and enables
its modification via a "modify" button (we take advantage of the newly
introduced standalone option in the modifyfeature control). This
button shares the same toggleGroup as those from the top toolbar.
A SpatialFilterPanel also has a combobox with the different kinds of
spatial filters preconfigured.

When we first talked about this with Eric, we were thinking of adding
a "add spatial filter" button on the bottom toolbar, which would
activate/show the top toolbar and add a SpatialFilterPanel panel. I
finally chose the option I described above because I think it enables
the user to do more things with less clicks.

What would be your option on that ?
Thank's,
F.
