[Users] LayerParamsLoader and Tree Layer question

Dear list,

I am making a web mapping thin client  system using Geoext.
When I did a performance test, I realized that I have to change a WMS
request method.
In order to reduce a lot of requests to a server, I need to use
layer.params.LAYERS property of OpenLayers.
However, if I use  params.LAYERS property, Tree Layer and LegendPanel in
Geoext can not work properly.
How to solve this problem?
Of course, I searched the topics related with Tree Layer. The functions of
Geoext have been updating.
When do you plan to finish this problem?
I just need that when I use params.LAYERS property, Tree Layer and
LegendPanel presents layers respectively.
Please give me a piece of advice.
