[Users] License of the Geoext styler

Hi Rolando,

You did a really great job designing the UI for the spatially-enabled
FilterBuilder !
I am very excited about it and I definitely want to implement it that way.

Thank you very much for your input.
I'll post patches as soon as I have something that can be shown.
