[Users] Add Bing Maps as baselayer

I've tried also to create a slippy GeoExt map with bing as layer. But I
don't think it's about the resize of the map. Instead, if I look instead the
yellow square with firebug I've got a message which told that :

select a new BaseLayer in the layer switcher in the upper-right corner. Most
likely, this is because the VirtualEarth library script was not correctly
