[Users] License of the Geoext styler

Hi Eric,
From the GeoServer point of view releasing the styler as a an extension
was really just a proof of concept to get some exposure, and never
intended to be kept around for the long term. We would definitely like
to see the styler integrated into GeoExt and start to be released as
part of GeoExt, rather than release it with GeoServer.
