Hi list,

this is quite a nice website using ExtJS but not GeoExt nor OpenLayers. It
was done by the Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute.

Their WMS time support is quite nice, e.g. pick RADNL 25PCPRR L3 -
Precipitation" from the list of available products, add the color layer,
and zoom in to the Netherlands. You can then loop through different
timesteps.
