That's what I figured at first but when I tried to add a 'tooltip' 
property, it didn't do anything.  There must be something else in my 
application that prevents tooltips from working, I guess...  (I tried 
with 1 GeoExt.Action, an exact copy/paste of your example, with no 
luck)... I'll let you know if I find anything.
