[Users] ComboBox GeoExt

Hi all,

Few weeks ago I started to had a new widget to the GeoExt Library. This is a
dropdown list who stroe the result of a GetCapabilities WMS querie.
With the help of Tim Schaub and  David Winslow I finally succed to have it.
In fact it was really simple with the new Class WMSCapabilitiesReader.
