[Users] ExtJS 3.0.0 build for GeoExt

Hi,

  I would like to have a ExtJS 3.0.0 minimized build containing only the 
files that GeoExt requires.  I read about how to do it on the ext 
website, so that covers the 'how to build' portion, but I don't really 
know 'what' to build, yet.  So, before moving on, I'd like to know :

  * Is there such a build actually available somewhere ?
  * If not, is there a list of the required ext element for GeoExt 
somewhere ?
  * If not, is there a way to quickly generate a list of requirements 
from the GeoExt widget files (i.e. without having to look every one of 
them) ?

  If none of the above exists, please let me know.  I'd try to come up 
with a solution and contribute it if possible.

  BTW, I need to do the exact same thing with MapFish-client widgets.
