Ext.BLANK_IMAGE_URL = "../ext/resources/images/default/s.gif";

But , I have another question , How I use one image by layer
for example layer parcels with image parcelas.gif...........

you can set the image path by using something like:

Ext.BLANK_IMAGE_URL = "../geoext/ext/resources/images/default/s.gif";
