[Users] checkcahnge in treepanel loads data twice

Hi,

I use GeoExt - trunk and I still have the problem, that the 
checkchange-Event fires twice.
The solution inside the treeconfig works with gx_overlaylayercontainer? 
In my config there is no named layer.
