OK. I've found it, the problem because I just using one filter and the default of GeoExt.form.SearchAction always send "AND" operator even it just use one filter. The developer have working in this isues http://trac.geoext.org/ticket/366 and the bug will be fixed in 1.1 release. Hufh, can't wait...
