[Users] symbolizer for feature highlight

Bart, that works great, thanks for the quick help!

I'm certainly enjoying GeoExt, and looking forward to contributing back 
to the community as I can. Plus I'm planning on using it in my Web GIS 
course this Spring at the university :-)
