[Users] workaround for ajax override issues

Hello-

We've heard some reports of people having issues with the 0.6 build of 
GeoExt and the included Ext.lib.Ajax overrides.

A number of these issues have been fixed since the 0.6 release.  If you 
are using the 0.6 release and don't want to create a custom build, you 
can work around any issues with the Ajax overrides by following the 
suggestion here:

If anybody is having issues that the above workaround does not solve, 
please describe them here.
