[Users] extjs 2.2.1 from where?

Hi,

you are missing the ExtJS base adapter in your second page.

In your first page, because you use the cdn build, it is compiled in there.

So before your script link to ext-all.js, add a script tag to
adapter/ext/ext-base.js.
