[Users] Base Map Layers all get loaded on map load

Andreas,
Before I do that, let me clarify as I think Openlayers has resolved the
issue. In the openlayers example for V2.8 here:
http://dev.openlayers.org/releases/OpenLayers-2.8/examples/google.html the
issue is the same thing I see.
However in the development version here:
http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/google.html the issue has been resolved.
So I don't think there would be a need to open up a ticket would there?
