[Users] How to create legend panel using OpenLayers.Layer.MapServer layer...

Is it possible?

I tried to create that :
  var legendPanel = new GeoExt.LegendPanel({
            title: 'Legend',
            dynamic: true
     });

And added to Viewport, but nothing is created...

Help me please!
