[Users] Position of Radiobutton in Tree

Hi,

I did by my own with your help. Thanks.
I used two 'divs' and float it with css.

One more thing. After I move a layer with drag & drop, the selected 
radiobutton is getting deselected.
Is there something I have to consider? Do you know my code?
