Hi List,
Im new to GeoExt. Im following the OGC tutorial on Leveraging OGC Services with GeoExt.
(Available at http://workshops.opengeo.org/geoext/stores/capabilities.html)
In brief, it creates a Gridview of WMS capabilities and then allows you to load the layers into the map panel. I followed the tutorial using the JSEclipse plugin. Everything works fine in the Eclipse browser, and also in Internet Explorer, however the grid does not populate in Firefox or Chrome. There is no error that I am aware of. Is there any reason that getcapabilities / gridpanel might not display in Firefox/Chrome?

Secondly, instead of populating my gridpanel with wms layers served up by geoserver, I would like them to come through geowebcache. To do this in openlayers (without geoext) I simply change http://.../geoserver/wms to http://..geowebcache/service/wms, but if I make this change in the GeoExt environment, my gridpanel (which populates successfully in IE) does not populate with available wms layers anymore. Is there something else I need to change?
Many thanks,

Eoinyp
