[Users] Search with ignore case

you can use a string or a regular expression as the criteria. If you use a regular expression you can set the ignore case flag.

Hello people, 
I'm using 'GeoExt.form.FormPanel' with success, but I want to add a 'equal ignore case' in my seach options, is it possible?
I would like to make a search with optional items, (city OR state no city AND state), is it possible?
