[Users] Style and piechart

I don't think MapPanel supports using Ext Components as map 
symbolizers.  You *can* use Ext Components inside of a GeoExt.Popup.  
Another option would be to look into using a WMS to do this rendering; I 
know that at least GeoServer can do this sort of thing:

If neither of these works for you I suspect you will have to get your 
hands fairly dirty to get this working.
