[Users] node.recordIndexToNodeIndex is not a function

Dear User/developers

I have created a form which I use to call a cql_filtered wms layer.. (by
means of a button)

the new openlayers.layers.wms created in this way is then added to the
map by means of a simple map.addlayer(filteredLayer)

all is working well but using firebug I see this strange message of
error.... exactly when I add the layer to the map:

node.recordIndexToNodeIndex is not a function

Moreover if I press the button another time the error disappears..

you can reproduce the error going to "Limiti amministrativi" and then to
the tab "Cerca Limiti amministrativi"

any suggestion is welcome..
