I have attached a better test.html. There are two links. Load image link
loads an image, and it loads fine.
LoadGoogle loads 3 google layers and it doesnt. When render is called,
it appears that openlayer.map hasnt
rendered whereas it has with say the image. It then seems that a moveTo
checks whether zoom and center have changed (they havent), and so does
nothing. It seems to me that a check for whether googlemaps has rendered
is needed as well as a check on zoom and center. Because of the delayed
loading (map div is hidden), it seems google doesnt load and then cant
be forced to load.
Really stabbing in the dark here and would appreciate some views from
someone more up on how the openlayer/geoext/googlemap apis work together.
