[Users] feature editing ux

Hi

Antoine Abt, Pierre Giraud and I have been working on a new GeoExt ux
for feature editing. This ux is now committed into the "extensions"
directory.

This ux provides a specific Ext EditorGridPanel, named
FeatureEditorGrid, which allows editing the attributes of a feature.
See [1] for more information on the ux, and [2] for an example of use.

Thanks a lot to OpenGeo, who contributed the FeatureEditPopup [3],
which was the base of the development of this FeatureEditorGrid.
