[Users] Legend labels for Vector layer symbols- how to name them

Hi,

I have vector layers which are correctly named in my legend, but they all have 
word "default" after them, and everytime I change the scale, they get a number 
as well!

I saw it also on this 
example.."http://dev.geoext.org/trunk/geoext/examples/legendpanel.html"

Any one know how I can stop thisbehaviour?
