[Users] WMSLegend.js using WIDTH and HEIGHT parameters in GetLegendGraphic url

Hi geoext user,
i am new to GeoExt and i have the following problem:

I have a raster layer served by a umn mapserver with a KEYIMAGE that point to 
a prepared complex legend graphic.

Which mechanismn can be used to make geoext build a getlegendgraphic url using 
the WIDTH and HEIGHT parameters (currently always null) or to fetch the legend 
using this styles stuff with the correct (non default) size.

Any hint or final solution for a workaround is highly appreciated.
