The Sencha folks have reorganized things on their website a bit, and 
I've seen some confusion from folks about where to download older 
releases of Ext JS.

http://www.sencha.com/learn/Ext_Version_Archives

Currently, that page includes links to archived releases.  With the next 
release of GeoExt, our website will have links to this page.
