[Users] G is undefined

Use ext-base-debug.js and a javascript debugger to find out what's
wrong. One thing you could try before that is upgrading to Ext 3.4 and
latest GeoExt from master. There were many fixes in Ext since 3.2 and
in GeoExt since 1.0.
