[Users] Timeline to port to Ext JS 4

Hi,
we are currently raisinfing funds for a joint effort to create a GeoExt
version that is based on Ext JS 4. Don't cite me on this, but I'd say 6
months from now is realistic to have a release out.
If you are interested in joining the funding effort, please let us know.
