[Users] timeout in PrintProvider

This is where I get it:
http://geoext.org/lib/GeoExt/data/PrintProvider.html

And it was there before the release of 1.1. I guess it is OK now with
the new release, but still a bit confusing since the documentation
does not say at which version this feature was introduced.
