[Users] PrintProvider and IE8

Hi,

thanks for your findings - your fix sounds reasonable, I would just do it the other way around (check for IE6 and IE7 instead of IE and !IE8). Can you please create a ticket for this issue on http://trac.geoext.org/. If you don't have an account there, let me know your desired username and I'll create one for you.
