[Users] Legend for WFS layer

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for showing interests in that widget. Next week, during the OSGeo 
code-sprint in Montreal, with the help of the developers there, we'll 
try to work on this widget to make it an official GeoExt.ux. We'll let 
the list know of any development towards this goal and if it's going to 
be true (I really hope so).
