[Users] geoext documentation using sphinx?

Hello all,

I have a local GeoExt version to add some custom features. For that, I'd 
like to provide a documentation of GeoExt together with my work.

For documentation, I found that you were using Sphinx, and checked out 
the /core/trunk/docsrc/ directory. When I call sphinx-build on this 
directory, the process runs smoothly. Only the API will stay empty, 
although I have the /core/trunk/geoext/ directory alongside. How did you 
build the API documentation? Are there additional files that I have to 
include for that?
