[Users] Geocoding on Google earth Panel in Geoexplorer application

Hi all,

I want to add Custom Geocoding control on google earth panel in geoexplorer
application.
I want to use our oraganization location for this.

How to add and implementing? can anyone give me idea or shared the code.
